A field journalist’s choice, crafted from paracord at hand.
War photojournalist Sean Flynn carried his Leica M2 with a handmade paracord strap, using materials sourced directly from the battlefield to bring the truth of war to the world.
This camera strap was originally crafted in the field using parachute cords and grenade pins - simple, improvised tools that served a powerful purpose. It accompanied Flynn as he documented history, and has since become highly regarded among collectors. That spirit of resourcefulness and authenticity became the inspiration behind our design.

To enhance wearing comfort, the leather edges are finished using the same meticulous burnishing process found in our watch straps. Skilled craftsmen repeatedly work the edges by hand with traditional wooden tools - a process that demands experience and precise control to ensure every edge is evenly rounded and smooth. This attention to detail allows for comfortable wear, even over extended periods.
Both the camera strap and wrist strap are crafted from thick, durable vegetable-tanned leather selected for its strength and resistance to pulling - qualities that reflect the rugged character of classic WWII-era military gear.
